Intramurals can be fun and exciting, even with an 0-3 record. I, the captain of the Switch-Hitters, have yet to win a game. We're off to a shaky start that may result in not making the playoffs this year. But thats ok--we're having fun.

We are by no means a great softball team, but we do have our strengths. Our infield is our forte`, our pitching is accurate and consistent, and our outfield (led by me) is a quality outfield.

As a captain, I have responsibilities to make sure we do our best to win--forget that. I have the most fun when our team can make comments about the other team, or when my team makes fun of me for being struck out by a girl tonight.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still competitive and I like winning, but this is intramurals. Having fun with your team is what matters.
